How to Re-Enroll

Step 1) Visit the Family Portal Login

Click on the heading above, or the "Family Portal Login" button above the navigation bar.

Step 2) Sign in with District Code: SMS-MT

Click on the heading above, or the "Family Portal Login" button above the navigation bar.

Step 3) Select Apply/Enroll

On the left-side of the screen.

Step 4) Start Enrollment Packet
