Course Description

The object of this course is to teach the students of the Contemporary Regions of the Western Hemisphere. The students will be learning about contemporary regions by studying the world through four major topics: History, Politics, Geography, and Economics. A variety of activities and assignments will be used, as well as individual and group projects designed to assess the students’ understanding of the major concepts.

Human Geography of Mexico and Central America

Physical Geography of South America

Human Geography of South Central America

Basic Economic Concepts
