Meet Mrs. Mary Fusaro
PE and Health, K-8
Mrs. Fusaro holds a BA in Elementary Education from Montana State University, and she also is certified as a VIRTUS trainer, which is the safety course for school volunteers. She has coached for many years in a variety of sports such as basketball, softball, volleyball and gymnastics. She has also been an aerobics instructor.
Working with kids of all ages on a daily basis makes coming to work everyday a great joy for Mrs. Fusaro. ”Life is too short to be unhappy with your career choice,” she affirms.
Her favorite saint is Mary and her favorite activities include most outdoor sports such as skiing (all kinds), fishing, rafting, camping, hiking, bird hunting (with her lab Farley), elk hunting, and also just taking drives through our beautiful Montana scenery. She loves to cook, especially for family and a big crowd, and also going to Bobcat football games.
The best part of Mrs. Fusaro’s day is being with the kids – listening to them and laughing with them. What she likes most about St. Matthew’s is that “we are such a family – kids, parents, staff, and Fr. Rod. And, we have such a great reputation here – it makes me proud to be able to say I work at St. Matthew’s School!”
